A
positive approach to the treatment of glands enlarged (malignant/benign)

views: Many a case of uterine fibroid
and other growths, malignant or benign have been cured with homoeopathic
remedies. The writer claims that homoeopathic medicines may decidedly
cure even the cancerous growths until the biopsy has been done. In his
own views, the biopsy is never favourable to the patient because it is
not a treatment, but merely a check-up against malignancy whether it
exists in the particular part or not. In contrary, biopsy may,
sometimes, become much harmful to the patient, when the infection that
creates malignancy gets a way to come out of its limited range and
spreads out through blood stream into other parts of the body. According
to the writer so many patients are still alive and living a normal life,
whom he suggested not to go for biopsy before he treated them.Lapis Albus is
the most important remedy in all kinds of growths whether it is
malignant or benign. Dr. V. Grauvogl introduced this remedy at first,
which was found in suspension in the mineral springs of Gastein,
Germany. He was led to the proving of this drug with the fact that
cretinism and goitre abounded among people accustomed to drink from
these springs flowing over formations of gneiss. Since it has been
proved, verified and credited to be very useful in various forms of new
growths. It is, just, like a Victoria (four wheeled carriage), which
rules over its four wheels such as, lipoma, epithelioma, fibroma and
carcinoma those are being paddled by cretinism. Obviously, Lapis Albus
is a strong remedy that can remove the growths of all kinds to an
invisible extent that they can’t reappear. Alas! This powerful remedy
couldn’t get its proper place in materia madicas and repertories
written by different wise writers and doctors. Here three cases of
enlarged glands, which have been, successfully, cured with Lapis Albus
are being mentioned as under:Case No. (1)
On October 2, 2002 Mr. M aged 43, a
tiny person1 having a height 4 feet 9 inches, came with his wife to my
clinic for the treatment of a gland enlarged, which he had been
suffering from more than six months. In the beginning it appeared like a
cystic tumour as big as a wild plumb on the left side of the neck, but
soon it began to develop more & more and within a period of six
months it covered a good rounded shape like that of a pumpkin.In the duration of his disease, the
sufferer consulted many a doctor of different therapies, such as
allopathic surgeons, Eunani Hakims, Ayurvedacharyas and some renowned
homoeopathic consultants, but the result was nothing. No one could
relieve him. The stitching pain in the tumour couldn’t be controlled.
Some of the allopathic surgeons suggested him to get it operated because
they diagnosed it as a carcinoma/sarcoma (a tumour having malignancy)
but Mr. M was not agreed to operate it. Then he made an approach to me.
He showed me the prescriptions of a homoeopathic physician, in which he
had prescribed so many medicines to be taken three times a day with the
gap of 6 hours.For example, Baryta Iod 30 in the
morning, Badiaga 30 in the noontime and Calcarea Iod 30 in the evening
was given for one week and later on, having found no result, spongia 200
in the morning and Carbo Animalis 200 in the evening were managed to the
next week. Mr. M asked me about that prescription how it was, but I gave
no comments on the excellence of former homoeopath and suggested him to
be quite temperate having a deep patience under my treatment otherwise I
wont take the case in my hand.Afterwards, I concentrated looking
into the case more seriously, that had been deformed by the doctors of
different therapies especially by a homoeopath. During investigation Mr.
M told me that he often felt a burning and shooting pain on the lower
orifice of his stomach and many a time that burning sensation reached
the cardia followed by a sick headache yet he was ready to eat all the
time having a ravenous appetite.“How does this burning and shooting
pain, arose in your stomach, subside then? Do you take any medicine to
get it controlled?” I asked him.He told, “No sir, no medicine is
effective at that time, I only take a glassful ice-water that gives me
relief. I use ice-water even in winter season too.”“If there is no cold water
available, what do you do then?” I talked ahead. He said, “Then I
take some sweets.” We were talking about the case, mean while, his
wife shouted, “ Doctor sahib, he is much fond of sweets. I am very
tired of this bad habit of my husband. Whatever it may be, though, we
have no bread to eat, children have no clothes to wear, but eating of
the sweets is compulsory to him.”Mr. M felt ashamed of and said, “What
should I do, doctor sahib, the sweet things are the best medicines to
me. I think I wont survive with out them.” Then I told her about the
compulsiveness of sweets to her husband and began to select an
appropriate remedy according to the rubrics those are as under:Rubrics taken from:
(1) Cretinism,
(2) sick headache,
(3) ravenous appetite,
(4) burning & shooting pain in Pylorus and Cardia,
(5) much fond of sweets,
(6) Craves much for Ice-water,I did not waste much more time in
thinking what the tumour was, malignant or benign, thyroidal or goitre.
Actually, I considered it simply an enlargement of cervical gland. All
the above rubrics found out during the investigation were tallied with
the characteristics of the remedy Lapis Albus to a wide extent.
Therefore, a single dose of Lapis Albus 30 daily early morning followed
by Placebo at night was given for two weeks. On the due date when Mr. M
came, appeared to be much better than before. Stitching pain in the
tumour was almost gone and other problems like sick headache, ravenous
appetite were diminished too.Now, Lapis Albus 30 was given on the
alternate day and placebo occupied the vacant place of Lapis Albus.
Thus, the gland enlarged (that had been changed into a big fatty tumour)
remained just a half within a period of two months and many of his
problems were too diminished. He and his family members were very much
satisfied but, unfortunately, one day he was injured in a road accident
and died away otherwise, he would be completely cured by next two
months.Case No. (2)
Master K, aged 8 years old, suffering
from painful enlarged glands like medium-size potatoes on both the sides
of the neck was brought to me on 15th January 2002. While examining the
child I got three glands more on his occiput, which were like the hard
nuts, but slightly smaller than first two on the neck. The parents were
so sunken in grief that with out saying a single word they put some
blood-reports before me. I got lymphocytes 126 % (highly increased) and
nutrophiles 16 only as mentioned in the report. Percentage of
hemoglobin-6.5 while E.S.R. reached 110. All the reports were, of
course, abnormal and the disease, whatsoever it might be, was seemed at
its advanced stage. Allopathic doctors had advised the parents for
Biopsy of the glands to find out the actual disease.Actually, most of the wise allopaths
were taking this disease in different ways like lymphoblastoma; a
malignant lymphoma in which single or multiple tumours arise from
lymphoblast in lymph nodes/lymphadenoma; a variety of cancer/Hodgkin’s
disease: a kind of cancer or pseudoleukemia; a progressive hyperplasia
of the lymphatic glands associated with anaemia and so on.While watching the reports, I noticed
the parents were about to weep, but anyhow, they controlled themselves
and asked me if their son would be all right. “Yea! Certainly he will
be all right, but both of you (parents) must have to take some
precautions regarding your son’s betterment.”I prohibited all the cold things to
eat and drink. In the mean time, the mother shouted “Doctor sahib,
please say to him, he always use ice-water even in the winter season
too.” Then I gave the sufferer and his parents some instructions to
follow up very strictly and warned if they won’t do so, no doctor
might cure him. The parents made a promise to follow my instructions
very seriously as they don’t want to lose their only son. The parents
told me that a renowned surgeon had refered the case for biopsy but due
to lack of money biopsy couldn’t be done. Actually, this short of
money made their child’s life secure. I
consoled his parents and began to investigate the case seriously. During
investigation what important and noticeable symptoms I found are being
laid down here:1. Stinging pain in all the glands
followed with a sick headache,
2. Fond of toffees and sweet dishes; aversion to salt,
3. Crave for chill water,
4. Poor appetite, sometimes a ravenous hunger,
5. Two glands on the neck were elastic but three others on the occiput
stony hard,
6. Dwarfish, victim of cretinism that was not hereditary, Parents and
grand parents had an average height,After getting out of the
investigations, I gave him a single dose of Lapis Albus 30 at the very
moment and prepared more some doses of this remedy followed by SL on
alternate day. After a week, the patient reached my clinic with a better
position. The pain was not so severe and the glands looked much
decreased. Chill water and toffees had not been given from that day
forth.I was told that the patient had got
his diet improved. The treatment remained continue for a fortnight in
the same way and by 30th January 2oo2 all the glands were too
diminished. Therefore, Lapis Albus was stopped for a week, but SL
continued in that duration. Next time I noticed that the glands were too
improved and the pain was almost gone. Thus the partly treatment with
Lapis Albus continued for six months and by the last of July 2002 the
child got entirely recovered and reached his originality. The blood
reports were taken out in which no abnormality was found. Later on,
bearing his cretinism in mind and suspecting lest subsided glands may
take a turn back, I gave the final touch to the treatment giving the
patient Bacillinum 1m, as a monthly dose for next three months that made
him perfectly cured. Bacillinum promoted his growth too and rooted out
the recurrence all of his problems, which were created by the glandular
disease.Case No. (3)
Mrs. X, a young lady of 28,
contacted me year before the last year in March 2002. She was suffering
from lipoma just above the right breast tending towards armpit. In the
beginning, gland was as big as a lizard’s egg but gradually it began
to develop and appeared like a sparrow’s egg. Then within the period
of next two months, it covered a big shape like that of a hen’s egg.
Noticeable point was that, as soon as it was growing up, a burning and
shooting sensation was reaching its severity. She had consulted so many
doctors & surgeons, who all of them advised to get ready for
operation after biopsy, however, the report shows malignancy or not.
When she came in my contact, I strictly forbade doing so. During
investigation I knew that she had been suffering from some other
problems those were not less troublous than that of the lipoma.1. She had painful menses and
sometimes the pain was so severe that she was fainted.
2. Preceding the menses flow produced pruritus vulvae.
3. Shooting and stinging pain in the breasts and uterus.
4. Catamenia was too early, profuse and long existing that weakened her.
5. Craving for cold water,
6. She felt something spherical in her pelvic region.Suspecting an abnormality therein, I
referred her for ultrasonic examination that reported a complicated
ovarian cyst at the right ovary. The nature of the patient’s body
needed the remedy Lapis Albus therefore; a dose of it was managed in the
early morning constantly for one week that gave satisfactory result. She
got her lipoma slightly reduced and severity of the pain was too
diminished. Now Lapis Albus 30 was given on the alternate morning
followed by Sac Lac. After two weeks treatment, the remedy Lapis Albus
was stopped and only Saccharum Lactis remained continue.Within a month, the result was very
nice. Two-third part of the lipoma (the gland above the breast) was
disappeared. Now there was no burning and stinging pain either in lipoma
or in ovarian cyst. This practice of treatment carried on almost for
four months. Once again, the ultrasonic revision was taken out that
resulted a great satisfaction; ¾
part of the ovarian cyst had been reduced. Thus, the treatment took
maximum six months to be over, which left no abnormality in her body.
Moreover, by the end of September 2002 Mrs. X became quite well.
No further recurrence came to know after completion of the course.Copyright
